About Us

Alenia's Musicart is a general ​music shop running since 2005 in the United Kingdom.

 

Recently we have decided to swap our physical shop in an attempt to create a more incisive online presence not only by working alongside our usual suppliers but also introducing our own music and art to enjoy and support.

  • Postage & Packaging
    Royal Mail, EVRI or ParcelForce will be used as method of delivery with tracking service. The tracking details will be supplied to the buyer as soon the parcel has been shipped. Delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days. We do our best to deliver the parcels within the stated days. The P&P charges will be automatically calculated and shown in the shopping cart.
  • Payment Methods
    We accept payments through PayPal. All transactions are processed in GBP.
  • Return Policy
    Terms and Conditions: Items that are faulty should be returned to us. Once the item is checked and agreed faulty a refund will be issued including customers return costs. Please, check the item as soon as possible and report it within 14 days from the date of purchase. If the item is not faulty it will be treated as a cancellation. A restocking charge will be levied of 15% of the total value including vat and delivery. There is no charge for a cancellation if the item has not been dispatched. To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail within 7 days, if you do not receive a receipt of the email within 24 hours please contact us on 0191 5672004. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days. Contact us for return code, details and authorisation. Returns without an authorisation code will not be accepted. Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customer expense in merchantable condition. As you would expect all of our products offered for sale are new and unused and consequently we are unable to restock goods that have been used. Exceptions and conditions: Unfortunately, opened software cannot be returned in most cases. The cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods i.e. all software, media and sample CD's cannot be accepted if the goods have been opened or unsealed in any way. Certain goods that are ordered to specifically meet customer's requirements are also exempt from these regulations. Internal computer components, such as PCI sound cards, may also not be refundable if they have been inserted in to a computer or the bag seal has been broken. All microphones, any in-ear earphones, or in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear may not be able to be returned once opened due to health reasons. Special order items may not be returned. Special orders are orders where products are designed to customer's designs of specifications.

  • FAQ for Drop Shipping | Online Catalogues
    Free delivery on all orders over £95 | Only £5.99 on all orders under £95. How long will it take to receive my item? It usually take 1-2 working days from the moment you make the purchase. We will supply you with a tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your item is ready for shipping. What if my item is damaged in transit? Please, follow standard procedure: Upon arrival the parcel needs to be inspected for damage, give a quick report to the driver if the parcel is damaged. Make sure he files your report or takes a picture of the damage before he/she leaves.
